Jacqueline

What's more fun that a little girl's 15 month photo shoot? How about a trash-the-dress style princess shoot on a magical fall day in Tahoe? Jacqueline was the sweetest most well mannered 1 year old I have had in-front of my lens. Even with the chilly Fall Tahoe temperatures (just below freezing) she was a trooper! She enjoyed playing peek-a-boo with mom and elmo and was full of kisses.

The Dooley Family

Stacy and Dan have 2 of the most adorable, well behaved, kids I have had the pleasure of photographing! While Paige loved chasing her dad, Levi enjoyed watching (and tasting) the leaves and sticks. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful, windy, northern nevada fall afternoon to shoot their family portraits.

Aspen

Aspen always keeps our photo sessions fun and full of energy! Today we shot with her grandmother's horse, Chardonnay, at Reno Riding and Rescue. Chardonnay was quite the trooper, tolerating gusty wind, princess dresses and unicorn horns. You can tell that Aspen is quite the horse lover!

The Ortiz Family

One of my favorite things about Photography is seeing my families year after year. It's amazing to watch the kids grow, both in appearance and personality. I have been lucky enough to do photos for this family for the past 5 years and it's always fun to reminisce about our past sessions. We explored a new area and did their annual photos in Verdi, Nevada this year and the weather was perfect (except for the tornado strength winds). The kids enjoyed searching for Crystals as we walked between locations, and they even found a few!

Patrick & Allison

"We just want a couple of pictures of us on our wedding day" they said.... Pat and Alison's wedding in Groton, VT was just too beautiful for a "couple of pictures"! This couple was married on a lake in a picturesque fly fishing lodge/state park away from cell phone service and the hustle and bustle of daily life. With family from all over the united states, everyone enjoyed fishing, hiking and swimming before the ceremony. Some attempted to chat with all the guests in attempts to complete the "guest scavenger hunt" with a beaver skull as the overall prize! The late afternoon ceremony was set beneath the trees directly on the shores of Noyes Pond, with the newlyweds using a getaway rowboat to enjoy their first few moments as husband and wife. An intimate dinner followed in the Seyon Lodge with many of the ingredients directly from their backyard garden. Bon Fire, dancing, S'more making, and firefly chasing occurred deep into the night.

Thank you for allowing me to share this special day with you and your families!
